Lady Gloria Ridge Community Building Consecration: October 21, 2025

On Tuesday, October 21st, dozens gathered for the Lady Gloria Ridge Community Building Consecration. We heard from speakers who have been passionate about the project from the beginning, musicians who shared their talents as we celebrated, and mentors who inspired the commitment to building community through deeply affordable housing. Construction Update: February 21, 2024

Construction on our Lady Gloria Ridge Community is progressing excitingly! 98% of the doors and windows are complete. Work on the roof will start at the end of February. Brick mock up has been installed. Once approved, our construction crew will continue with the brick install, then Hardi board. After the roof is complete, we’ll be dried in and all the good interior work can start!

Construction Update: December 20, 2024

Construction on our apartments at 343 West Haywood Street is well underway! The lower level, first floor, and 90% of the second floor are fully framed. All framing will be completed by January 6th. Roof trusses were delivered yesterday, and windows will be delivered January 9th. Interior plumbing and fire sprinklers rough in as well as the exterior masonry work are scheduled to begin January 13th, and the siding is scheduled to begin January 27th. By the end of January, the building should be dried in, meaning the roof, windows, and doors will be installed.
